Copyright and Licensing

Authors retain full copyright of their work published in Lambung Mangkurat Law Journal (LamLaJ). No transfer or assignment of copyright to the journal, the Faculty of Law, or Lambung Mangkurat University is required at any stage of submission, review, or publication.

By submitting a manuscript, authors grant LamLaJ a non-exclusive licence to publish the article for the first time, to distribute it in electronic and printed form, and to deposit it in indexing services and preservation archives. This licence does not limit the rights authors hold as copyright owners.

All articles published in LamLaJ are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0), available at https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0/. Under this licence, any party may copy, redistribute, remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, including commercially, provided that appropriate credit is given to the author and the journal, a link to the licence is supplied, and any derivative work is distributed under the same licence.

Authors are permitted to deposit the submitted version, the accepted manuscript, and the published version of record in any institutional or subject repository, on personal or departmental websites, and on scholarly networking platforms, without embargo, provided the original publication in LamLaJ is cited.

Authors are responsible for obtaining written permission to reproduce any third-party material contained in their manuscript, and for ensuring that such use complies with Law Number 28 of 2014 on Copyright.
